SERVICE GUIDELINES

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover the temporary-email inbox and browser-based tools. SpeedMail is still being tested and may change as we refine the service.

Service status

SpeedMail provides free, no-signup, incoming-only temporary email addresses and browser utilities on a best-effort basis. The website initially creates an inbox automatically with a 60-minute expiry. The same address can be extended by 5, 30 or 60 minutes, subject to a total maximum lifetime of three hours. Inboxes have usage and message-size limits, and we may restrict or suspend access to prevent abuse. We do not provide outgoing email from temporary addresses.

Acceptable use

Do not use SpeedMail to commit fraud, harass others, distribute malware, evade lawful safeguards, or otherwise violate applicable law. Do not attempt to attack or interfere with the website, its users, or its infrastructure.

No guarantees

The utilities are provided as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, suitability for critical tasks, or error-free operation. The password strength estimator is only a rough estimate. Do not use temporary inboxes for important accounts or data you must keep.

Disposable email caveats

Do not use temporary addresses for banking, financial recovery, medical records or accounts you need to recover. When an inbox expires or you create a new address, its previous messages are no longer available to your browser. Some services block disposable-email domains, and email delivery and data persistence cannot be guaranteed. Messages are displayed as plain text and email attachments are not available.

Support and misuse reporting

For delivery problems, privacy questions or misuse reports, use the Help & Report Abuse form. Reports are stored for operator review and replies are not guaranteed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, confidential emails or dangerous content through the form.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. A final legal review, support contact and relevant local disclosures remain to be completed before broader public promotion.
