My email isn't arriving

Check the address carefully, wait a few seconds, and tap Refresh. Some senders block disposable domains. The inbox accepts only limited-size incoming messages and expires when its timer ends.

How can I keep the same address?

Choose 5, 30 or 60 minutes and tap Extend time before expiration. Extension never shortens an inbox, and total lifetime is capped at three hours.

Where did my old inbox go?

Expired inboxes are not recoverable. Creating a New address replaces the current mailbox; don't use temporary mail for important accounts.

Can I send emails?

No. SpeedMail only receives incoming emails and does not provide outgoing email, attachments, or HTML email display.
